Local Splash requires a Software Development Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or foreign equivalent, plus 5 years experience as a Software Engineer. Alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or foreign equivalent, plus 3 years experience as Software Engineer.
1. Analyze requirements, design, develop and test electronic communication software such as email servers and SMS gateways using Microsoft VB6/VB.Net/C+ and Microsoft SQL Server
2. Design, implement and maintain the electronic communication infrastructure consisting of email servers and managed emails domains.
3. Lead team of internal software engineers to develop, test and deploy required software projects and also coordinate outsourcing of software development projects.
4. Coordinate with other departments such as Marketing and Provisioning to gather requirements and for user requests.
Experience to include:
A. 500GB + Microsoft SQL Server high volume databases in OLTP environment
B. SMTP, IMAP and POP3 Mail Transfer Protocols

Active employees will receive a bonus of $100.00 for successful referrals. Both the referring and referred employee must be active at the time of pay-out. The referral bonus will be paid if the candidate is hired and candidate completes three (3) consecutive month of employment with the company.
